About the role
You will be providing legal secretary support to our solicitors. Preparing letters and formal documents. Working on agreements. Attending to daily administration requests. Sending emails on behalf of solicitors. Completing conflict checks. Calculating and preparing client invoices. Opening, closing and maintaining case files. What you will need Previous legal secretary experience in Intellectual Property. Strong tying and keyboard skills. Previous experience working with digital dictation and audio typing. Experience in billing clients and working within a complex billing structure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
