Linklaters can only achieve its vision and ambition with the support of outstanding colleagues in our business.  As a Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm, working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider environment. You will get experience working closely with Linklaters clients, providing advice, training, assistance and offering exceptional client service. ​Role RequirementsThis is a fully remote 2-3 weeks role open to Paralegals and Qualified Lawyers fluent in Italian.Technical CapabilityLPC/SQE/BPTC or Qualified LawyerA 2:1 degree or above, or equivalent overseas qualificationBackground experience in a relevant field 2+ yearsFluent in ItalianClient DevelopmentStrong business acumen with a sound understanding of the legal marketHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointExtremely organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong eye for detail and presentationGood office administration skillsExperience with quality assurance and a strong customer service mindsetWork ManagementAbility to work effectively in a pressurised environmentWillingness to work long hours when requiredStrong attention to detail, particularly on time‑consuming and repetitive tasksHighly motivated, proactive and driven to deliver high‑quality workA team player who is also capable of working autonomously when requiredStrong interpersonal skills, with the confidence and gravitas to work closely with senior stakeholders including Partners, Managing Associates and clientsDemonstrates a consistent commitment to delivering excellent client serviceApproachable, adaptable and eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilityAppreciation of the culturally diverse environment in which the firm operatesStrong ownership mindset, with excellent time management skills and a determination to see tasks through to completionOur partner Linklaters partners with a third-party provider for the payroll of all contractor and temporary staff.
