Assist Partners, Associates, and Solicitors in delivering a high-quality service to clients dealing with financial settlements arising from separation and divorce Attend client meetings, both in person and remotely Join conferences with counsel to support case preparation Attend court hearing, either in person or virtually Prepare court documents and formal correspondence Help manage and organise client files Carry out legal research to support ongoing cases

You’re organised, detail-orientated, and proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines while staying calm under pressure You communicate clearly and confidently, whether on the phone or in person, and you’re focused on providing outstanding client service You work well in a team and are flexible in your approach to tasks and challenges You’re keen to learn, ask questions, and make the most of opportunities to build your knowledge You’re self-motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of the Family Finance team You’re comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, and you’re open to learning new software tools that support legal work
