About the role

The TeamThe Paralegal will join the Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance Team, which forms part of the wider Real Estate Finance group.Both partners bring extensive experience across structured real estate finance, corporate lending, transport, decarbonisation and digital infrastructure. Their combined practice spans a broad range of transactional work, from senior and mezzanine real estate financing to large-scale infrastructure projects involving land transport, energy transition and digital assets.The team advises lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on complex, high-value transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance, project-driven infrastructure financing, and assets aligned with long-term investment themes such as renewables, energy storage, rail, EV platforms and data centres.The RoleAs a Paralegal, you will support the partners and wider team across real estate finance and asset/infrastructure finance transactions. This role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including corporate lending, structured finance and infrastructure projects across transport, energy and digital sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Provide day-to-day transactional support on real estate finance and infrastructure mattersAssist with the preparation and organisation of loan agreements, security documents and ancillary documentationSupport transaction management, including tracking conditions precedent, maintaining checklists and coordinating closing processesConduct legal research and assist with drafting tasks where requiredSupport structured real estate financings, development financings and portfolio transactionsAssist on infrastructure financings across transport, decarbonisation and digital sectorsLiaise with clients, lenders, sponsors and internal teams to support efficient transaction deliveryAssist with general team administration and document managementContribute to business development activities, including preparing materials for pitches and credentialsEssential Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with:Previous paralegal experience in real estate finance, banking & finance, or a similar transactional practice area (preferred but not essential)Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailGood drafting and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and collaborative approachA strong interest in real estate and infrastructure financeCommitment to Clyde & Co valuesThe Firm When you work at Clyde & Co, you join a team of 500 partners, 2,400 lawyers, 3,200 legal professionals and 5,500 people in nearly 70 offices and associated offices worldwide.
