You’ll help deliver high‑quality, compassionate legal support that directly improves clients’ day‑to‑day lives. ________________________________________ What you’ll do This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent client‑care skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service. ,ngytYou’ll be a vital part of a team recognised for its expertise and compassion, contributing to meaningful outcomes for vulnerable individuals. In this role, you’ll: Assist with managing the property and financial affairs of clients who lack capacity, ensuring decisions are made in their best interests. Draft applications, letters, witness statements and other Court of Protection paperwork with clarity and accuracy. Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and help maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and care providers. Support the team with file management and day-to-day administration. ________________________________________ What we’re looking for Previous experience in a Paralegal role is helpful, but not required. Able to provide reliable, high‑quality administrative support in a legal or professional setting. A genuine interest and/or prior experience in Court of Protection matters. Related experience in care, banking or property management would also be welcome. An ability to handle sensitive client information with tact and empathy. Highly flexible approach, able to work effectively as part of a busy team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
