As a Legal Support Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the Debtlink team. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the team Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and supporting workflow processes Assisting with billing, file compliance, and general team administration

We are keen to hear from candidates who are organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career in legal support. You will ideally have:

Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role (legal experience desirable but not essential) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines A professional and client‑focused approach Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
