About the role
We are recruiting a Paralegal to join Fund Formation and Sponsor Solutions group. The individual will be required to carry out a broad range of good quality work. Key duties will include: assisting with the coordination of transactions, including closed-end fund raisings and secondary deals; assisting with AML/KYC and subscription agreements for fundraisings; preparing FCA applications and notification forms; processing amendments to key fund documents; and contact with clients and the FCA by telephone. The individual will also receive the departmental training given to trainees.
